Role Overview:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can identify, engage, and onboard top talent for both technical and non - technical roles. If you have a knack for spotting potential and a passion for building great teams, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles, with a focus on understanding candidate potential and cultural Fit
Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels, ensuring a seamless hiring experience
Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to match the right talent with the right opportunities




Utilize HRIMS and recruitment platforms like Keka and Grythr to streamline hiring processes
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Generate recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on both technical and non-technical hiring
Hands-on experience with HRIMS and recruitment software (Keka/Grythr)
Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively
A passion for talent and a deep understanding of what makes a candidate stand out
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements
Immediate joiner preferred

Location: Singasandra, Bangalore
Work Mode: In-ofFice (5 days a week)
