POSITION: Finance & Insurance (F&I;) Manager

We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a Finance & Insurance (F&I;) Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for balancing customer experience, compliance, and profitability, while delivering exceptional financial and insurance solutions to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide tailored financial and insurance solutions to customers.
Ensure full compliance with FAIS, FICA, and NCA regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards.
Drive profitability through effective deal structuring and product offerings.
Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering transparent, professional service.
Collaborate with dealership teams to support operational and sales goals.

Minimum Requirements

Proven track record as an F&I; Manager within the motor industry, with at least 6 years’ experience.
Fit and proper status with up-to-date FAIS/FICA/NCA qualifications.
Current CPD hours completed and maintained.




Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and financial services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to balance compliance with business growth objectives.
