The Senior Workday Analyst provides expert functional and technical support for the global Human Resource Information System (HRIS) function. Under the direction of the Director of Global HR Technology, you’ll translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations, streamline processes, improve data quality, and deliver insights that help leaders hire, onboard, develop, and retain talent. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and HR to drive enhancements from discovery through testing and deployment, ensure solid governance, and prepare the organization for Workday releases.

Major Responsibilities
Serve as a key resource and subject matter expert (SME)



in terms of Workday system functionality for functional areas that include: HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management and Learning.
Gathers, defines and implements system requirements, including but not limited to preparing and executing functional and technical specifications, test plans, system testing, and development of processes and procedures.
Performs basic to advanced system configurations including core tables, business processes, workflows, condition rules, calculated fields, notifications, user security and report writing.
Support Workday Recruiting functionality including requisitions, candidate life cycle management, offer processes, and interview workflows.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to optimize recruiting processes and improve recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate experiences.
Configure hiring workflows, templates, questionnaires, communication automation, and candidate statuses.
