Ensure timely custom clearance of imported shipments to facilitate prompt
delivery to the plant. Coordinate with relevant parties to minimize delays.
Minimize Detention, Interest, and Penalty Charges for Import Shipment:
Achieve customs clearance without incurring detention charges by optimizing
processes and adhering to timelines, thus avoiding additional costs.
Vendor Payment:
Oversee timely payments to suppliers to maintain good relationships and ensure
the smooth flow of materials. Monitor payment cycles to prevent disruptions.
Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to customs regulations and compliance requirements.
Regularly audit processes to prevent non-compliance and its associated risks.
Availing Duty Perks:
Maximize utilization of available duty benefit schemes, including Advance
License, EPCG, and IGCR. Ensure proper documentation and compliance to leverage
these benefits effectively.
Innovation:
Integrating advanced technologies, such as automation and AI, to streamline
customs clearance processes,

efficiency across the supply chain.
