RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Execution

* Execute electrical project activities in Thermal Power Plant projects.
* Monitor installation, erection, testing, and commissioning of electrical
equipment.
* Ensure compliance with project schedules, technical specifications, and
safety standards.
* Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, consultants, and site
teams.
* Track project progress and resolve technical issues during execution.

C&I; Systems Management - Contron Valves

* Oversee installation and commissioning of:
* Generators
* Transformers
* Switchgear (HT/LT)
* GIS/AIS Switchyards
* Bus Ducts
* Motors and MCCs
* UPS, Battery Systems & Chargers
* Electrical Protection Systems
* Plant Lighting Systems
* Earthing & Lightning Protection Systems

Testing & Commissioning

* Review and execute testing procedures and commissioning plans.
* Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
* Coordinate with OEMs and consultants during equipment testing.
* Ensure successful synchronization and system integration activities.

Contract & Vendor Management





* Manage EPC contractors and subcontractors.
* Review contractor bills and certify work completion.
* Monitor contract compliance, progress, and performance.
* Coordinate with vendors for technical discussions and issue resolution.

Planning & Documentation

* Prepare project schedules and progress reports.
* Review engineering drawings and technical documents.
* Ensure timely submission of reports, MIS, and project documentation.
* Facilitate punch point closure and project handover activities.

Safety & Quality

* Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
* Implement quality control procedures during execution.
* Conduct risk assessments and corrective actions.
* Promote protected work practices at project sites.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in C&I; or relevant Engineering filed.

Experience: - Overall, 6-10 Years in control and instrumentation and 3 years'
exper
