RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure
the safety of personnel and assets
* Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities
and recommend solutions
* Supervise security staff, including training, scheduling, and performance
evaluation
* Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security threats or incidents
promptly
* Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services as
needed
* Investigate security breaches and create detailed reports for management
review
* Maintain a secure setting by enforcing access control measures and
visitor management protocols
* Participate in drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of security
plans and procedures
* Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging security technologies

QUALIFICATIONS

* 4-5 years of experience in security management
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field
