About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Lead Generation Coordinator who can manage our social media presence, increase engagement, generate business enquiries, and contribute directly to sales growth.
This is a result-oriented role where the candidate will be responsible not only for social media posting but also for generating and managing leads from LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow company social media profiles across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
Create and publish engaging posts, videos, reels, product content, case studies and campaigns.
Develop strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement and brand visibility.
Generate qualified business leads and enquiries through social media and digital campaigns.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages and enquiries promptly.
Identify potential customers, architects, interior designers, electrical consultants, dealers, contractors and businesses through LinkedIn and other platforms.




Qualify incoming leads and coordinate with the sales team for follow-up and conversion.
Maintain and regularly update the lead/enquiry database.
Conduct LinkedIn outreach and lead-generation activities.
Track every enquiry from source to follow-up and conversion.
Research competitors, market trends, hashtags and potential customer segments.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns, product launches and promotions.
Prepare regular reports covering engagement, enquiries, qualified leads and conversions.
Continuously test current content and lead-generation strategies to improve results.
