The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales opportunities, supporting revenue growth, and enhancing customer engagement through phone and email interactions. The role focuses on identifying customer needs, promoting products and services, qualifying leads, supporting sales campaigns, and collaborating with field sales teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate current sales opportunities and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through proactive customer outreach.
Engage with customers via phone, email, and digital channels to understand requirements and promote relevant products and solutions.
Qualify leads and coordinate handoff of sales opportunities to the outside sales team when required.
Provide customers with product information, technical guidance, pricing, and product selection support.
Prepare and manage quotations, process orders, and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests.
Coordinate with internal teams to expedite orders and resolve customer inquiries.
Support sales campaigns, customer retention initiatives,



and lead generation activities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, Business Development, or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build customer relationships and influence purchasing decisions.
Experience in lead generation, customer engagement, and sales support activities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
