RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Talent Acquisition

* Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce needs and
develop proactive hiring strategies.
* Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, ensuring quality
and timely hiring.
* Analyze talent market trends and provide insights to improve sourcing
strategies.
* Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and
attractiveness in the talent market.

2. Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence

* Oversee job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer
management.
* Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and other
sourcing partners.
* Implement and optimize ATS and recruitment tools for efficiency and data
accuracy.
* Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, source
effectiveness, etc.) to leadership.

3. Onboarding & Candidate Experience

* Design and execute structured onboarding programs in collaboration with HR,
Admin, IT, and Security.
* Ensure seamless Day-1 readiness including documentation, system access, and




induction.
* Continuously improve onboarding experience based on feedback and best
practices.

4. Compliance & Documentation

* Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations in all hiring
practices.
* Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation for all recruitment and
onboarding activities.
* Support internal and external audits related to hiring processes.

5. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

* Mentor and guide junior recruiters and support staff.
* Act as a point of contact for business leaders on all talent acquisition
matters.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Admin, IT, and Finance for smooth
hiring and onboarding.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications & Experience

* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or related field.
* Experience: 15-20 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition,
preferably in a m
