PURPOSE
Supports entitlement management operations and customer service activities by managing customer queries, ensuring accurate provisioning, timely issue resolution, and adherence to service quality standards, while also preparing root cause analysis (RCA) for entitlement loss cases.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manages communication with customers of LSEG
Investigates and resolves entitlement-related cases, including handling escalations within defined SLAs.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, and Support team to resolve complex entitlement issues.
Acts as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for entitlement-related queries and support.
Provides clear, professional communication and guidance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Adheres to service quality standards, policies, and compliance requirements in all interactions and processes.
Provide timely support and resolution to internal stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience Required:




Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have valuable analytical skills
Ability to prioritize and has attention to details
Demonstrates a strong interest and proactive attitude toward continuous learning and skill development.
