We are looking for an experienced Functional Project Manager with strong expertise in US Healthcare to lead end-to-end functional project delivery across complex business and technology initiatives. The role requires a solid combination of project management, business analysis, stakeholder management, and healthcare domain knowledge.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into actionable project plans, managing cross-functional teams, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end functional project delivery across US Healthcare business and technology initiatives.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.




Develop and maintain comprehensive Functional BRDs and related project documentation.
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and actionable project deliverables.
Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams across business, technology, product, operations, QA, and other stakeholder groups.
Establish project governance, communication plans, status reporting, and review mechanisms.
Identify, assess, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans and proactively escalate critical risks.
Lead change management activities associated with business processes, systems, products, or operational changes.
Assess change impacts and coordinate stakeholder communication, readiness, training, and adoption activities.
Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and decision-making sess
