Key Responsibilities
Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements.
Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional or technical requirements.
Contribute to the design and delivery of scalable, reliable,



and business-aligned technology solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across technology, product, operations, and business functions.
Support projects through planning, execution, testing, implementation, and post-delivery activities.
Identify project risks, dependencies, gaps, and potential delivery challenges and support appropriate mitigation.
Develop and maintain project, functional, technical, and process documentation as required.
Participate in workshops, requirement discussions, solution reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
Monitor project progress, deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of functional, technical, or process-related issues.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
Evaluate emerging technologies and industry practices that can improve business outcomes.
