The ideal candidate should have robust sales and communication skills, a consultative approach to customer conversations, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from initial interaction through conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads and conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
Understand customers' individual and household healthcare coverage needs.
Identify qualified prospects and recommend suitable plans based on their requirements.
Clearly explain plan tiers, benefits, pricing, coverage features,



and OPD wallet benefits.
Take a consultative approach to sales by helping customers understand and compare available options.
Own the complete call-to-close sales cycle, from initial conversation through member activation.
Convert qualified leads into active members while delivering a positive customer experience.
Meet daily and monthly call, conversion, and sales targets.
Handle customer objections, concerns, and plan-comparison questions confidently.
Conduct timely follow-ups with warm and interested prospects throughout their decision-making process.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM.
Escalate complex customer queries or cases to the appropriate internal teams when required.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare plans, benefits, network partners, and relevant market offerings.
