Role Description The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, focused on generating and closing real estate transactions across multiple property segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, conducting property visits, presenting suitable options, and explaining key features and benefits. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with buyers,



sellers, and channel partners, as well as coordinating with internal teams for property listings and documentation. The Field Sales Executive supports clients through the entire transaction cycle, including initial inquiry, negotiation assistance, and handover, while meeting individual and team sales targets. Regular local travel within Jaipur and nearby areas is required to visit properties, attend client meetings, and participate in site events or promotional activities.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, handle objections, and close deals.
Customer relationship management and communication skills, including active listening and clear, professional interaction with diverse clients.
