About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Reporting Engineer with a strong background in Power BI, data analysis, and advanced Excel . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming complex datasets into meaningful business insights through intuitive dashboards, reports, and analytical models.
The successful candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset, be comfortable working with large datasets, and demonstrate the ability to identify trends, uncover insights, and support business decision-making through data.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Gather, analyse,
and interpret data from multiple sources to deliver actionable business insights.
- Develop meaningful KPIs, scorecards, and executive-level reporting solutions.
- Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, opportunities, and business recommendations.
- Create data models, measures, and calculations using DAX.
- Build productive data transformation processes using Power Query.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting assets.
- Optimise existing reports and dashboards for usability and performance.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analytical presentations to support business initiatives.
