RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Program Planning

* Develop program plans in alignment with the organization's strategic
direction.
* Create and manage program timelines, and budgets.
* Identify program dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.

2. Program Execution and Monitoring:

* Work with cross-functional teams to execute program, ensuring adherence to
quality and timelines.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective
actions as necessary.
* Conduct regular program reviews, status updates, and reporting to
stakeholders.
* Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams and
stakeholders.
* Allocate and manage budget effectively to achieve program objectives.

3. Stakeholder Management:

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including
senior management, project sponsors, and external partners.
* Conduct regular meetings and communication channels to provide updates,
address concerns, and gather feedback.




* Negotiate and manage expectations of stakeholders regarding project scope,
deliverables, and timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualification

* Bachelor's degree

Experience

* 15+ years of experience
* Proven experience as a Program Manager in managing complex projects from
initiation to successful completion.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best
practices.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to
motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving
results.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
* PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
