RESPONSIBILITIES

* Coordinate with project sites and cross-functional teams to ensure timely
project execution.
* Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource deployment.
* Review project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and drive corrective
actions.
* Facilitate coordination between Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC),
Contracts, Finance, and Operations teams.
* Track procurement status of critical equipment and materials.
* Review project reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
* Support project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities using project
management tools.
* Ensure compliance with project governance standards, timelines, quality
requirements, and statutory norms.
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and external stakeholders.
* Prepare presentations and status updates for senior leadership.
* Monitor project claims, change orders, contractual obligations, and
commercial issues.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Power Engineering.
* MBA/PGDM in Project Management will be an added advantage.
