RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities of Role

* Lead and manage the design engineering team, providing guidance and
mentorship to team members

* Oversee the design and development of desalination, water treatment plants,
sewage treatment plants, and water irrigation systems

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of
projects, from conceptualization to completion

* Drive innovation and sustainability in design solutions, incorporating the
latest technologies and best practices

* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and safety
requirements throughout the design process

* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver
high-quality engineering designs

* Conduct regular quality reviews and assessments to maintain the highest
standards of design excellence

* Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external
stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners

* Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies to




drive continuous improvement and innovation

* Contribute to the overall strategic direction and growth of the engineering
department

Technical Skills
* Expertise in Dam Design, Tunnel design
* Expertise in water treatment plant design and operation
* Proficiency in STP and desalination design and management
* In-depth knowledge of water irrigation network systems and technologies
* Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
* Understanding of hydraulic modeling and environmental impact assessment
* Experience with project management tools and techniques
* Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and environmental standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience
* Minimum of 20 years of experience in the Desalination, Hydro, WTP, STP, and
water irrigation industry
* Demonstrated track record of leading design engineering teams and delivering
successful projects
