RESPONSIBILITIES

Officer - Mine Ops

Operational Oversight:

Direct overall mining operations, encompassing planning, execution, and
monitoring of techniques and methods.

Ensure productive resource planning to optimize productivity and meet production
targets.

Strategic Planning and Resource Allocation:

Develop and execute strategic plans for effective resource allocation, aligning
with production goals.

Optimize equipment operations and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and
enhance efficiency.

Technical Expertise and Methodology Enhancement:

Stay abreast of industry advancements and emerging mining techniques,
integrating innovative methods into operations.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to refine mining methodologies and
enhance operational effectiveness.

Safety Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols, conducting regular




inspections to identify and mitigate risks.

Promote a culture of safety among team members, fostering awareness and
compliance with safety standards.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deploy digital tools that align with
business objectives.

Ensure the effective utilization of digital platforms to improve team efficiency
and productivity.

Educational Qualification:

Essential: B.Tech /B. E-Mining with Second Class Mine Manager's Certificate -
