About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive responsible for effective inventory management, warehouse operations, material receipt and dispatch, dispensing, documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams. The role will also support QMS activities, audits, training, system-based inventory monitoring, and compliance with good documentation practices in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities





Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth execution of warehouse activities.
Manage inventory levels, stock monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting of inventory-related issues.
Coordinate receipt, storage, dispensing, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
Prepare and process GRNs, Delivery Challans, and other warehouse documents.
Ensure proper documentation, record maintenance, logbook verification, and data accuracy.
Coordinate transportation and movement of goods as required.
Ensure proper material identification, storage, bin allocation, and traceability.
Support qualification of warehouse equipment and related activities.
Coordinate with Quality, Production, Purchase, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
Handle and maintain applicable QMS elements and warehouse-related documentation.
Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of warehouse-related observations.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, Good Documentation Practices (GDP
