About the Role
Neomaxer creates and offers curated travel, hospitality, and lifestyle experiences for consumers.
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who can help us grow our customer base and build business partnerships. The role will involve a mix of B2C and B2B sales, along with marketing and business development.
You will be responsible for finding the right customers and partners, introducing them to Neomaxer’s experiences, building relationships, and converting opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2C sales by reaching out to potential customers and helping them discover and book Neomaxer experiences.
Develop B2B opportunities with corporates, travel companies, hotels, communities, event companies, and other relevant businesses.
Identify and approach new customers and potential partners through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, networking, and referrals.




Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right experiences.
Follow up on enquiries, leads, and partnerships and convert them into sales.
Create and share easy proposals, presentations, and commercial offerings for B2B clients.
Explore opportunities for corporate outings, employee experiences, group experiences, collaborations, and partnerships.
Support marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sales of Neomaxer experiences.
Work closely with the internal team to understand upcoming experiences and communicate them effectively to customers.
Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales.
Work towards monthly sales and business development targets.
