We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Enablement Content Developer Specialist to join the GBS Healthcare team. This will be a remote role responsible for designing, developing,
maintaining, and deploying high-quality learning solutions that support employee performance, onboarding, process adoption, and business readiness initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong eLearning developer with a solid foundation in instructional design, adult learning principles, Bloom’s Taxonomy, visual design, and AI-powered content development. This position reports directly to the Learning Strategy Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging learning solutions including eLearning modules, Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), Web-Based Learning (WBL), process documents, job aids, quick reference guides, assessments, and multimedia learning assets.
Build end-to-end Storyline 360 and Rise 360 learning experiences from concept through deployment.
Develop interactive simulations, branching scenarios, software demonstrations, and knowledge checks.
