About the Role We’re looking for a “Senior Associate - Digital Marketing” who can combine hands-on execution with strong analytical and strategic thinking.
You’ll work across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Lead Generation, Customer Acquisition, and other digital marketing initiatives to drive measurable business growth.

What You’ll Do Performance Marketing & Campaign Management
- Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads .
- Manage campaigns focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue .
- Monitor budgets, audiences, creatives, keywords, bidding strategies, and campaign performance.
- Track and optimise key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM and CVR .
- Troubleshoot campaign and tracking issues when required.




- Knowledge of whatsapp marketing, automated calls, sms and email campaigns.

Lead Generation & Funnel Optimisation
- Own and improve lead generation funnels across paid marketing channels.
- Analyse the journey from ad → lead → sales conversation → conversion .
- Identify drop-offs and opportunities to improve conversion rates at different stages of the funnel.
- Use sales insights to improve targeting, messaging, offers, and campaign strategy.

Creative Strategy & Collaboration
- Work closely with the Creative team to develop performance-focused ad creatives, messaging, and concepts.
- Analyse creative performance and identify patterns in what resonates with different audiences.
- Continuously test different hooks, messaging, formats, offers, and creative angles .
