Job Overview:
Support the continuous improvement of the staffing function through the development and implementation of staffing programs for assigned business units/departments, primarily within a designated geography. Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities and partner with management teams to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent.

Job Responsibility:
Partner with management in assigned business units to source, select, and hire qualified candidates using cost-effective recruitment strategies.
Create and publish job postings across relevant hiring platforms.
Screen applications and conduct interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and compensation expectations.
Coordinate recruitment advertising activities across multiple channels.
Participate in job fairs and build relationships with colleges, universities, alumni groups, and qualified organizations.




Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and utilize online sourcing platforms to identify talent.
Meet with business leaders and executive management to define staffing objectives and ensure hiring goals are achieved.
Train and guide hiring managers on recruitment, interviewing, and selection best practices.
Support diversity hiring initiatives and ensure compliance with local and regional hiring regulations and applicant tracking requirements.
Monitor market trends and talent availability, partnering with compensation teams on salary benchmarking and offer decisions.
Provide timely recruitment and workforce-related updates to management.
Support business development activities and financial targets where applicable.
