Who Should Apply?

Candidates with experience in the Insurance domain, particularly in Complaints Handling and Complaint Resolution.
Professionals with exposure to Quality Assurance, Audit, Compliance, or Regulatory Testing processes.
Experience in customer complaint investigations, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
Robust attention to detail with experience in maintaining records, tracking complaints, and ensuring process adherence.




Candidates with excellent customer communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and resolve customer complaints while ensuring fair customer outcomes.
Conduct complaint investigations, root cause analysis, and quality reviews.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and service standards.

Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree (2 Years to 8 Years) can apply.
