As a Lead, Sales - HST (Care and Connectivity), you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Sales to lead (Individual Contributor)



our hospital solutions and Technologies business in the South and East India regions of India, focusing on the sales of OT equipment and hospital furniture. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building and managing the distributor network.
Location: North and West India
Reporting to: Sr. National Sales Manager (India and neighboring countries)
What you'll be doing
Planning and Leading Sales Actions: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the assigned regions. Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify potential opportunities for growth.
Sales Management: Generating the lead funnel, Improving the HST product awareness among the channels, users, Bio-medicals and Purchase teams to achieve and exceed sales targets, customer engagement, and product knowledge.
Developing the KOLs Base: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
