Role Description The Field Manager, Individual Loan Officer, Collection Officer role is a full time, on-site position based in Salem. The role involves meeting prospective and existing clients in the field, explaining loan products, assessing eligibility, and supporting applicants through the loan process.



Daily responsibilities include monitoring individual loan portfolios, ensuring timely disbursements and repayments, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and account status. The role also requires managing collections activities, resolving payment issues, providing customer service, and coordinating with internal teams to improve portfolio quality and minimize defaults. The individual in this role will contribute directly to AICI’s mission by supporting responsible lending and building long-term relationships with community members.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Loans and Loan Servicing to assess applications, process documentation, and manage the loan lifecycle.
