Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, engage with prospective and existing customers, present product and service offerings, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads,



and maintaining accurate records in sales tracking systems. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, resolving customer concerns promptly, and providing product training or demonstrations when needed. The Sales Specialist is expected to meet or exceed sales targets, contribute to sales planning, and support initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and brand presence.
