About Us

We are a rapid-growing, AI-powered digital marketing agency working deeply with Family Entertainment Centers (FECs), Health & Wellness brands, Schools, and Daycare Centers.
We don’t sell vanity metrics - we sell clients at $3,500/month retainers.

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Generation Specialist who can own the pipeline end-to-end and is motivated by results and incentives, not just hours.

Your Mission
? Generate qualified leads that convert into $3.5K/month clients
? Book high-quality discovery calls consistently
? Work across paid ads + outbound channels

Key Responsibilities

Paid Lead Generation
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on:
• Google Ads
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• LinkedIn Ads
• Create lead-gen funnels:
• Ad → Landing page → Form → CRM
• Optimize CPL, lead quality, and booking rates

Outbound Lead Generation
• Build and manage outbound systems using tools like:
• Apollo.io (or similar)
• Chrome extensions / scrapers




• Email + SMS tools
• Responsibilities include:
• Scraping and qualifying lead lists
• Sending cold email sequences
• Sending SMS follow-ups
• Managing replies and booking calls
• Ensure high deliverability and compliance

Industry Focus

You will primarily generate leads for:
• Family Entertainment Centers (indoor play zones, trampoline parks, etc.)
• Health & Wellness brands (fitness, physio, wellness centers)
• Schools & Daycare Centers

(Industry experience here is a BIG plus)

What Success Looks Like
• Consistently booking qualified sales calls
• Helping close 3 - 5 clients/month at $3.5K retainers
• Improving lead quality month-over-month
• Owning lead gen performance like a business owner
