RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Scheduling

* Develop and maintain master project schedules using Primavera P6.
* Prepare project baselines covering Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing,
Construction, Testing, and Commissioning activities.
* Develop Level-1, Level-2, Level-3, and detailed package-wise schedules.
* Establish milestones and critical paths for BTG and BOP project packages.
* Prepare integrated schedules encompassing all project functions.

Project Monitoring & Controls

* Monitor actual progress against approved baseline schedules.
* Perform critical path and float analysis.
* Identify schedule deviations, bottlenecks, and risks impacting project
timelines.
* Prepare catch-up and recovery plans for delayed activities.
* Conduct look-ahead planning and rolling-wave schedule updates
* Prepare weekly/monthly project progress reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience - 8-15 Years

Diploma, B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
