Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive CAD Executive who will be responsible for calling existing and potential clients, sharing stock market updates, and coordinating with the internal sales/advisory team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to clients for follow-ups and coordination
Share updates regarding stock market products, services, and offers
Maintain and update client database regularly
Coordinate between clients and advisory/sales team
Handle basic client queries and escalate when required
Ensure proper documentation of calls and client feedback

Required Skills

Valuable communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of stock market / trading terminology
Comfortable with calling and client interaction
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM handling preferred)
