Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales B2B role based in Kolhapur. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, explaining technical features in business-friendly terms and preparing proposals and quotations.



The role also includes maintaining long-term customer relationships, gathering feedback from the field, and sharing insights with R&D;, R&M; teams and Management to support continuous improvement.

Roles and responsibilities

Coordinate with existing enterprise customers regarding purchase orders, dispatch schedules, deliveries, payments, commercial terms and conditions, and quarterly purchase projections for our automatic tea and coffee vending machines through telephone and email communication.
Generate business by following up on new leads and prospects, converting them into customers by effectively explaining our products, technical features, machine capabilities, and the business benefits they offer. Visit customer locations to conduct product demonstrations whenever required.
