HR Intern - Spotnxt

We’re looking for an HR Intern who wants hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and startup culture.

What You’ll Do
Support end-to-end recruitment and hiring
Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
Create and improve job descriptions
Support onboarding and HR documentation
Assist with employee engagement and internal communication
Maintain HR records and recruitment trackers
Work closely with founders and team leads on people-related initiatives
Help build HR processes and a solid startup culture

Who We’re Looking For
Students or recent graduates interested in HR / Recruitment / People Operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using LinkedIn and recruitment platforms
Proactive, organized,



and willing to take ownership
Fast learner with a startup mindset
Freshers are welcome
