HR Business Partner

We're looking for an HR professional to lead hiring and support employee engagement and HR operations at SmartDocs. Great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Recruitment (50%)
End-to-end hiring — sourcing, screening, interviews, offers
Hire for technical roles like Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Project Managers
Build talent pipelines via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Track hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio)

Employee Engagement (30%)
Plan engagement activities and culture events
Run onboarding for new joiners
Support performance reviews and employee feedback
Handle employee queries and grievances

AI, Policy & Operations (20%)
Use AI tools to streamline HR processes
Maintain HR policies and compliance
Manage attendance, documentation, and HRMS records

Requirements
MBA in HR
2–5 years of HR experience, startup/quick-paced environment preferred
Experience hiring for technical roles
Strong communication and multitasking skills

Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday–Friday
