About the Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own sourcing and screening across multiple product and technology mandates from high-growth startups.
You’ll typically work across 4–5 active roles at a time, mapping the market, sourcing candidates, screening them,



pitching opportunities, and converting the strongest candidates into Profound assessment calls.
This is a hands-on recruiting role. You should be comfortable sourcing from scratch, understanding technical requirements, speaking with passive candidates, and managing your own funnel end to end.
You’ll work closely with the founding team and report directly to the CEO.

What You’ll Own

End-to-end sourcing: Own the funnel from talent mapping and outbound sourcing to screened candidates across 4–5 concurrent mandates.
Outbound candidate discovery: Use LinkedIn, Boolean search, AI sourcing platforms, and other tools to find strong product and engineering talent.
Candidate screening: Evaluate profiles against role requirements and conduct initial screening conversations.
Candidate pitch & conversion: Pitch the company, role, and Profound effectively to passive candidates and convert them into assessment c
