About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and valuable-communicating HR & Marketing Executive who can support both our people-related activities and brand-building initiatives.
This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building relationships, coordinating with trainers, and promoting the company across digital and professional platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR & Trainer Management
Identify and recruit full-time, part-time, and freelance trainers based on business requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and trainer communities.




Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews and technical discussions.
Maintain and build a database of qualified trainers and industry professionals.
Coordinate trainer onboarding, documentation, availability, and engagement.
Develop and maintain relationships with freelance trainers for upcoming training requirements.
Support general HR activities including employee coordination and internal communication.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
Manage and promote the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Create and coordinate content related to training programs, technology, projects, trainers, achievements, and company activities.
Support marketing campaigns to generate awareness and business leads.
Coordinate participation in conferences, technology events, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and networking events.
