Role Description

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and target-oriented Real Estate Pre-Sales / CRM Executive for our Greater Noida office.




The primary responsibility of this role is to handle inbound and outbound leads, understand customer requirements, qualify prospects, maintain accurate CRM records, conduct structured follow-ups, and generate appointments and site visits for the sales team.
The candidate will act as the first point of contact for prospective buyers and should be capable of communicating confidently, understanding customer intent, using technology efficiently, and converting enquiries into qualified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, property portals, referrals, databases, and other sources.
Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and existing database leads.
Respond promptly to new enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements including budget, preferred location, property type, purpose of purchase, and purchase timeline.
Qualify leads based on customer
