GDO is looking for a commercially sharp Sales Development Specialist to help us win a focused number of high-value US accounts.
This is not a high-volume cold-calling role. We want someone who can identify the right companies, understand their business, reach senior decision-makers, and create qualified sales opportunities.

What You'll Do
- 'Research and identify high-potential US companies and brands.
- Reach founders, CMOs, ecommerce leaders, and marketing decision-makers.
- Run targeted outbound through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.
- Personalize outreach based on the prospect’s business, marketing, and growth opportunities.
- Qualify prospects and book strong discovery calls.
- Build and manage a clean sales pipeline and follow-up process.
- Work directly with leadership to improve positioning, offers, ICPs, and outreach angles.




- Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM platforms, and AI-assisted prospecting.

What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of B2B sales, SDR, business development, SaaS, or agency sales experience.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Experience selling to US companies is highly preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with founders and senior executives.
- Strong research, prospecting, and personalization skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing, paid media, ecommerce, creative, or technology services is a major advantage.
- Extremely disciplined with follow-ups and pipeline management.
- Commercial mindset — you care about revenue, not activity metrics.
