Role Description The Junior HR Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves supporting daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding activities. The Junior HR Executive will help implement HR policies, support employee engagement initiatives, and address routine employee queries under the guidance of senior HR team members.



The position also includes coordinating attendance and leave management, assisting in performance review documentation, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and statutory requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with a basic understanding of core HR functions and practices.
