Role Description The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This full-time on-site role,



based in Bengaluru, includes managing and scheduling housekeeping and laundry teams, monitoring inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, and enforcing safety and hygiene protocols. The Executive Housekeeper will conduct regular inspections, implement standard operating procedures, coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to address guest requests and maintenance issues, and support opening, closing, and special event preparations. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, maintaining service quality, managing budgets and cost controls within the department, and fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong housekeeping and laundry management skills, including oversight of room cleaning, public area maintenance, and linen operations.
