Role Overview - CA MANDATORY
We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officerto lead the Finance function for a leading organisation operating in the Logistics, Ports, Maritime & EPC sectors. The CFO will be responsible for driving financial strategy, business performance, treasury, governance, risk management and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Taxation, FP&A;, MIS and Auditfunctions.
Develop and execute the organisation's overallfinancial strategy.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management and working-capital optimisation.
Overseefund raising, debt management, banking relationships and capital structure.
Evaluate CAPEX, infrastructure investments, expansion projects and EPC projects.
Monitor project-wise CAPEX utilisation, cost overruns, cash flows and profitability.
Drive OPEX optimisation, cost controls and operational efficiency.
Drive cost optimisation, profitability improvement and financial efficiency.
Ensure robustfinancial controls, governance, statutory compliance and risk management.




Oversee taxation, GST, audits and regulatory requirements.
Provide strategic financial insights to the MD/CEO and Board.
Partner with business and operations teams on commercial and financial decisions.
Manage relationships withbanks, investors, auditors, regulators and other key stakeholders.
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing Finance team.
Candidate Profile
CA qualification is mandatory.
18–25 years of overall experience, with significant experience in senior Finance leadership roles.
Candidates from Logistics, Ports, Maritime, Shipping, EPC, Infrastructure, Construction or Terminalspreferred.
Strong experience inasset-heavy/project-driven businesses.
Experience in managing large-scale P&L; and financial operations.
Should have worked closely with MD/CEO/Boardand handled senior stakeholder relationships.
