Role Description The Talent and Culture Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for cultivating a positive, high-performance workplace and managing the full employee lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include talent acquisition for various wedding service functions, onboarding new team members,



and coordinating training and development initiatives. The role involves designing and implementing culture-building activities, employee engagement programs, and feedback mechanisms to support a supportive and inclusive environment. The Talent and Culture Lead will also oversee HR policies, performance management processes, and basic people operations, such as attendance, leaves, and conflict resolution. Collaboration with leadership and team heads to align people practices with business needs and event schedules is essential.
