The Role Every client starts with a conversation. Your job is to create those conversations. You’ll research target companies, identify the right decision-makers, run personalizedemail and Linked In outreach , manage follow-ups and generate qualified meetings for the sales team. This isnot telecalling. You’ll own the top of the B2 B sales funnel and help build Bizex4 U’s outbound engine. What You’ll Do Research and identify target companies across priority industries. Identify marketing, brand, commercial and procurement decision-makers. Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists. Execute personalized cold email and Linked In outreach. Manage follow-ups and prospect responses. Qualify prospects and generate qualified meetings. Maintain CRM and outreach trackers. Track outreach, response, meeting and conversion metrics. Test messaging,



targeting and outreach approaches and improve performance. Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified opportunities into active conversations. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experiencein B2 B sales, business development, outbound sales, lead generation or a similar role. Strong written and spoken English. Good research and prospecting skills. Comfortable using Linked In for business outreach. Good Excel / Google Sheets skills. Persistent, target-oriented and highly organized. Solid attention to detail and follow-through. Curious about businesses, brands and how they make money. Good to have: Experience with Apollo, Sales Navigator, CRM systems, email sequencing or other prospecting tools. Who Will Succeed You’re curious, commercially driven and comfortable with rejection.
