Role Description The HR Manager & Executive Assistant role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role combines human resources management with executive support to ensure smooth people operations and efficient leadership coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling recruitment and onboarding,



maintaining employee records, coordinating performance management processes, and supporting HR policies and compliance. The role also involves managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating travel and logistics for senior leadership, and ensuring timely communication across teams. The HR Manager & Executive Assistant will collaborate closely with management to support company culture initiatives, employee engagement activities, and organizational development efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
- Strong executive assistance skills including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in HR and productivity tools (e.g., HRIS systems, MS Office or Google Workspace)
