Job Description – Junior Workplace Operations Manager

Role Overview
FutureWorks is looking for a Junior Workplace Operations Manager to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our offices and workspaces.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, proactive and good at follow-ups. The person should be comfortable coordinating vendors, managing repairs, tracking maintenance and ensuring workplace issues are closed properly.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day workplace operations and upkeep.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance and service requirements.
Work with vendors for electrical, plumbing, AC, carpentry, pest control and other workplace requirements.
Obtain quotations, compare pricing and follow up until completion.
Track AMCs, warranties, service schedules and preventive maintenance.
Manage office supplies, housekeeping requirements and basic procurement.
Maintain records of workplace assets, repairs and maintenance.
Coordinate vendor bills and documentation with Accounts.




Track pending tasks and ensure proper closure.
Support internal teams with workplace and administrative requirements.
Help maintain workplace safety, cleanliness and overall functionality.

What We Are Looking For
1–3 years of experience in administration, workplace operations or office management.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Comfortable dealing with vendors and negotiating basic commercial terms.
Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
Able to manage multiple tasks without constant supervision.
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.

Ideal Candidate
Someone who notices a problem, takes ownership and gets it resolved.
We are looking for a person who does not simply report issues, but actively follows through until the task is completed.
