About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Legal Managerto manage the legal, contractual, litigation and regulatory requirements of a leading healthcare organization. The role will work closely with senior management, business functions, external legal counsel and government authorities to ensure effective legal risk management and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, vet and negotiate variouscommercial, healthcare and operational agreements.
Manage and monitorlitigation and dispute resolution mattersacross courts,



tribunals and regulatory forums.
Coordinate with and manageexternal legal counselson ongoing litigation and legal matters.
Maintain a comprehensivelitigation tracker / legal MISand provide regular updates to senior management.
Represent the organization beforecourts, tribunals, government authorities, police departments and other statutory forums , wherever required.
Provide legal advice to management and business teams on contractual, operational and regulatory matters.
Identify, assess and mitigatelegal and contractual risks.
Handlemedico-legal matters , including medical negligence, consumer cases and related disputes.
Ensure compliance with applicablehealthcare, labour, statutory and regulatory requirements.
Support obtaining and maintaining relevantstatutory licences and registrations , including healthcare-related licences.
Conducttitle verification, document review and legal due diligence.
