Delivery: Hyderabad-based role supporting our projects We are looking for an experienced SAP Success Factors Compensation Consultantto join our team and contribute to the implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement of SAP Success Factors Compensation solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong techno-functional expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience delivering Success Factors Compensation solutions in a consulting setting.
Key Responsibilities
Work as an SAP Success Factors Compensation Consultant , collaborating with HR, business, and technical stakeholders.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Success Factors solutions.
Configure and support SAP Success Factors Compensation and Variable Paymodules.
Configure compensation processes includingmerit, bonus, stock, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, and worksheets.




Support integrations between SAP HCM and SAP Success Factorsto ensure seamless data flow.
Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and user training.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process documentation, and user guides.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system enhancements, continuous improvements, and issue resolution.
Stay updated on the latest SAP Success Factors releases, features, and best practices.
Participate in implementation, support, and enhancement activities within Agile delivery environments.
Contribute to pre-sales activities such as solution demonstrations and proposal support, where required.
Support and develop expertise across additional SAP Success Factors modulesas business needs evolve.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources , or a related discipline.
