Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–12:00 AM IST
Position Overview
We are looking for amotivated and results-driven Sales Representativeto join our aviation sales team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge ofaircraft parts and aviation aftermarket operations , with experience handling customer RFQs, managing client relationships, and converting sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to customer RFQs , follow up on quotations, and drive order conversion.
Drive sales ofaircraft spare partswhile maintaining competitive pricing and profitability.
Conduct Fair Market Value (FMV) assessments and market researchto support pricing decisions.
Build and maintain relationships withcustomers, suppliers, and industry partners.
Managepurchase and sales orders , ensuring accurate processing and timely fulfillment.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate CRM recordsof sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities.




Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in theaviation aftermarket.
Requirements
1–5 yearsof experience in aviation sales, aircraft parts trading, or a related business setting.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Understanding ofaircraft components, aviation supply chains, and aftermarket operations.
Strongnegotiation, commercial, analytical, and business acumenwith the ability to develop competitive pricing strategies.
Excellentverbal and written English communicationand customer/stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)and CRM/sales management tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in afast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
