At CareerXperts Consulting, we are looking for a Business Development Manager – Talent Solutions to drive recent business, build strategic client relationships, and expand our presence across key industries.
This is more than a traditional sales role. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, winning new clients, and creating sustainable revenue through talent and workforce solutions.

What You Will Own :
Drive New Business
- Identify and target prospective organizations, build a strong sales pipeline, initiate conversations with decision-makers, and convert prospects into new clients.
- Develop relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Business Heads, CXOs and Hiring Managers and understand their current and future talent requirements.
- Understand client workforce challenges and position the right solutions across Permanent Recruitment, Contract Staffing,



Executive Search, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Solutions.
- Manage the complete business development lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation to meetings, requirement discovery, proposals, negotiations, closure and account handover.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Recruitment Sales, Staffing, Talent Solutions or related services.
- Proven track record of new client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Experience selling Recruitment, Staffing, Contract Hiring, RPO, Executive Search or Workforce Solutions will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and consultative selling.
- Ability to independently generate leads through market mapping, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, research and direct outreach.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage senior decision-makers and CXO-level stakeholders.
