Experience :10–12 years Role Purpose To lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functionfor the Bangalore operations, ensuring end-to-end compliance with AS9100 and aerospace customer-specific requirements,
driving a zero-escapes culture across machining commodities and assemblies, and owning quality performance and customer confidence from project initiation through to final delivery. Key Roles & Responsibilities Lead the Quality Assurance & Quality Control function for the Bangalore facility end-to-end — from receiving inspection through in-process control to final inspection and dispatch — ensuring compliance with AS9100 Rev D and customer-specific requirements.
Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS); establish and control Quality Plans (QP), Inspection Plans and Control Plans; and review and approve inspection reports and product-release documentation.
Establish and maintain the inspection & test facility, including calibration control, measurement-system capability (MSA) and CMM inspection, ensuring gauges and equipment remain capable and traceable.
